Do you offer packages?

How long does it take to produce a video?
Production time depends on the complexity and requirements of the project. Generally, a simple promotional video takes 2-3 weeks, while a complex corporate documentary may take 1-2 months. We provide a detailed timeline during the initial discussion.
Can I request revisions? Is there a limit on the number of revisions?
Yes. We clearly specify the number of revisions in the contract (typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions are charged a reasonable fee based on the actual work involved. We recommend that clients review carefully at each stage to ensure the final result meets expectations.
Are subtitles included?
Yes. We provide Chinese and English subtitle services, including creation, proofreading and embedding into the video. If you require multilingual subtitles, a professional translation team can be arranged to assist.
Who owns the copyright of the video?
Upon completion of payment, the right to use the video belongs to the client. You may use the video for any lawful purpose. However, the copyright of the raw footage and project files produced during the process belongs to V1.Media, unless otherwise agreed.
What does AI assistance mean? Will it affect quality?
We use AI technology to assist with repetitive work such as subtitle generation, rough cuts and asset conversion, allowing our creative team to focus on valuable creative work. All creative decisions and final reviews are personally overseen by senior directors. AI boosts efficiency; it does not replace quality.
